Regular fee: 250 Eur
Reduced fee: 150 Eur
Reduced fee - One-day admission: 60 EUR
Proceedings and Virtual session fee: 40 EUR
Accompanying person fee: 90 EUR

NB: No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it is possible to change the names of participants within the number of paid fees.

Regular fee - The Conference fee includes the Certificate of Participation, the admission to RAD 2016 sessions, possibility to present up to three contributions in oral and poster Conference sessions, publication of abstract(s) in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to submit up to two full papers for consideration for possible publication in Conference Proceedings (electronic version), Conference kit, refreshments and lunches at the venue, admission to all Conference social events (Dinner, Cocktails, Excursion).

Reduced fee - The reduced Conference fee might be available in a limited number for participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), and third world countries, as well as for the students, if they file a request to the Conference Chairman (info@rad-conference.org) until April 30, 2016. The reduced Conference fee includes all the same items as the regular conference fee.

Reduced fee - One-day admission - If a participant with the approved reduced Conference fee attends the Conference for only one day, then One-day admission can be requested. It includes the Certificate of Participation, the admission to RAD 2016 sessions in a single working day, possibility to present up to three contributions in oral and poster Conference sessions in a single working day, publication of abstract(s) in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to submit up to two full papers for for consideration for possible publication in Conference Proceedings (electronic version), Conference kit, refreshments and a lunch at the venue in a single working day.

Proceedings and Virtual session fee - This fee includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version), possibility to send the electronic version of the presentation(s) that will be posted on the Conference website, publication of abstract(s) in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to submit up to two full papers for consideration for possible publication in Conference Proceedings (electronic version).

Accompanying person fee - The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to all Conference social events (Dinner, Cocktails, Excursion). Please note that the persons who pay the accompanying person fee will neither get the Conference kit, refreshments and lunches at the venue nor the Certificate of Participation, so their names will not be on the list of participants.
